  Worst fast food experience I've had. The woman who took our order barely spoke English, got 2 out of three orders wrong. Then when we got our new food my order had the exact same problem (no cheese). Then when we came back to ask for it to be corrected and she argued with us and was incredibly rude. Worst customer service ever.

  Seriously? I watched you make my burgers 'fresh', then you ****ING microwave them! Who in the hell microwaves 'fresh' cooked' burgers?

  At least at A&W across the street is grill fresh, not microwave fresh..
